G+5 Residential Apartment
Residential Design
A contemporary G+5 residential apartment in Hyderabad, designed to balance efficient urban living with a calm architectural presence. The project uses a layered elevation, generous openings, and shaded outdoor edges to bring daylight and ventilation into each level while maintaining privacy from the street. Its restrained material palette and clear vertical rhythm give the building a composed identity suited to a dense residential setting.

Facade
The elevation is shaped through a careful composition of balconies, glazing, solid wall planes, and vertical frames. Recessed openings and projected edges create depth across the facade, softening the building mass while giving every floor a distinct outdoor threshold. The design keeps the apartment visually modern without becoming excessive, using proportion, shade, and material contrast as the primary architectural language.
Entry and Ground Edge
At the ground level, landscape elements are used to frame the arrival experience and create a softer transition from street to residence. Planting buffers, paved movement zones, and carefully placed greenery help define the entry while reducing the hardness of the built edge.

Balconies and Shared Outdoor Edges
Balconies and terrace like edges extend the living spaces outward, giving residents usable pockets of openness within the compact urban plot. These outdoor areas are designed as shaded, functional extensions rather than decorative add-ons, supporting planting, seating, and everyday pause points. Together, they improve comfort, bring movement to the facade, and create a stronger connection between the apartments and the surrounding cityscape.
